How do I reset my configuration?
This will completely remove your PeakHour settings, including your history data.
If you wish to retain your settings, make a backup of the configuration directory before you delete it (see How do I copy my configuration to a different Mac?). Alternatively, enable iCloud Sync before running the commands below, then restore the configuration later once you have confirmed it is safe to do so.
To reset your configuration, follow these steps:
-
Make sure PeakHour is not running.
-
Open Terminal (the easiest way is to click the Spotlight magnifying glass in the menu bar, type ‘Terminal’ and hit Enter).
-
Copy and paste the following and hit Enter:
Terminal window rm -r ~/Library/Containers/com.digitician.peakhour5 -
Reboot your Mac. This ensures any cached preferences are cleared.
The next time you launch PeakHour, it will start fresh with the First Time Setup assistant.
